Argentinian born, Manchester based, Rock & Metal schooled. Fear Me December have just announced that their debut album ‘Between Violence And Silence’ is set for release on 26th August.  Following up from their 2014 EP ‘Who Cares?’, this full length sees the band tackling topics facing the world in the universal language of rock.

‘Between Violence And Silence’ is an 11 track journey that shows a distinct progression from the 2014 EP. With a more serious & dark undertone, the band have created a collection of songs that speak the words of a generation. Incorporating a plethora of styles, from the driving album opener ‘Give Us Peace’, through to the closing ‘City Lights’, you are on a whirlwind of melodic rock goodness. Prepare to be caught up in the storm!

Fear Me December comment about the first single, ‘When This Is Over’:
“As with every song on the album, When This Is Over talks about a part of the journey we’ve lived since we decided to come to the UK. This song reflects one of our darkest time in here, but also the one that made us stronger.”

Fear Me December came together as a band in 2012 in Argentina. With a near constant tour schedule around Argentina and Uruguay, the band caught the attention of the Tate Music Group who distributed their 2014 EP, ‘Who Cares?’ across the US. With the increased exposure Fear Me December decided to take a giant leap of faith and moved to Manchester.

Following an exciting 2015 with numerous festival and show appearances, drummer Emiliano sadly had to return to Argentina for personal reasons, leaving the trio a duo. Rather than be deterred by the change, Victoria & Valentin powered forwards writing new material which resulted in their debut full length release “Between Violence And Silence”, which was recorded by Matt Ellis at Axis Studios in March 2016. The album features Chris Inman on the drums.

Composition wise, Inverted Matter have just ultimated their new album and will go on to record it through this summer.  There have been some changes in their line up and the band is proud to announce that Michael Smith joined (former Suffocation) in to play drums, Leonardo “Lispio” Langaro on bass and Jason Nealy on guitar. And just like it happened with the first album, Ivan Odorico will be featured as guest lead guitarist on some tracks.

Since 1994 (hed)p.e. has been turning heads with their brand of original and unique music. The band has been called everything from rock, metal, punk, reggae, rapcore, and more. With such a vast career and 10 studio albums, the band has earned their place as one of the most original and well respected acts on the planet (earth that is!).

“We here at (hed)p.e. come to bring inspirational music for the worldwide family. I want my people to know its okay to fall, JUST GET THE **** UP! Our mission: to go forward with our music and shine a light in the darkness. Blending metal, reggae, hip hop and punk, we’ve cultivated a worldwide underground following. Inspiring revolution and reflection every step of the way” says vocalist and founding member Jahred.

(hed)p.e. return in 2016 with their newest album ‘Forever!’ released on the 22nd July.  The follow up to the band’s highly acclaimed 2014 release ‘Evolution’ and second album with Pavement Entertainment.

Aisles are delighted to unveil the release of new single ‘Upside Down’ ahead of their upcoming double-LP Hawaii, due July 29 via Presagio Records.

In the words of the band: “Upside Down’ talks about a future society that has gained awareness of the tragedy that is losing the planet Earth and decides to begin again, living life in a completely different way. Emotionally it’s a song about regret, but at the same time hope, happiness, and freedom.

Musically we wanted to convey the feeling of vertigo because these humans will live in cylinders that rotate on their axes generating gravity. It’s a powerful song. Its energy comes mainly from the vocal performance and the piano lines to transmit the idea of change, transformation and freedom. It has one of the most original guitar solos we’ve ever written”.

A shining example of prog rock’s universal reach, the Chilean band, formed 15 years ago, have a long and illustrious history. Previously nominated in the Italian Prog Awards, the band are the only South American group to be invited to France’s Crescendo Festival de Rock Progressif. Hawaii is the band’s fourth studio album, a monumental, immersive, beautiful double-disc journey, reminiscent of Camel, Yes, Rush, Genesis, Marillion and more.

Tel-Aviv based melodic death metal outfit Nothing Lies Beyond recently posted details about their debut album ‘Fragile Reality’, set for release on the 22nd July 2016. The band have released a new lyric video for ‘Lost’, a track which captures the real Swedish vibe which the band take huge inspiration from. Drummer Ariel Lior comments, “With the fast riffs, melodic choruses, quieter parts, and tasty soloing, this song really defines who Nothing Lies Beyond are.”

When you think of The Middle East, metal isn’t exactly the first thing that springs to mind but look in the right places and you’ll find a fledgling metal scene and one such band shining right now are Nothing Lies Beyond. Spending the last 2 decades individually soul-searching their way through the music industry, song by song, two of those paths crossed in 2013 when Donald Carpenter (SubmerseD, Eye Empire) met Peter Klett (Candlebox, Lotus Crush) at a Benefit they were both performing at in Orlando, FL for the Johnny Damon Foundation. The two immediately connected and sparked what would become the framework of Apollo Under Fire.

“It was honestly a really rough time for me and my family. I really had no idea what was next for us, and then this opportunity to start something new came along, it was exciting. And at that same, exact moment, I met (Drummer) Tom (Costanza). He is such a great person and talented musician. The universe was at work for sure.”
