Celeb Car Crash are a rock band, who after a successful tour ¡Mucha Lucha! which led them to share the Red Bull Tour Bus with Lacuna Coil. Spent last summer touring Europe supporting the new album release.

How would you describe your music?

I would say that our music is a mix between the rock attitude of the past and the modernity of the sound of alternative rock mainstream. At least that’s our feeling.

Tell us about how the history of the band?

Me and Carlo Alberto, we already knew each other because we played together in another band. Then we met Michelangelo that spurred us to complete our first album Ambush !, then came Simone to complete the line-up … from there we never looked back.

What are you influences/ musical heroes?

We have different backgrounds but we have the same passion for 90s music, better to say that we love the genuineness of most of the productions of those years.
we love, Metallica, Faith No More, Soundgarden, Nirvana Kiss and Ac/dc, Biffy Clyro, Kings of Leon… we are a strange incident.

What inspires you?

Good Music is a good inspiration, life and people are another inspiration but in the end I think that passion and love are the engine that moves us.

Do you write on the road? or do you prefer to write in the studio?

We write down things in studio or at home. maybe you can record a memo on your phone but on the road I wouldn’t be able to complete the writing process.

What is your favourite song to perform live?

Songs are like sons… maybe Outdone, Because I’m Sad, Hello’Morning, Enemy’s Desire….

What would be your dream tour to be a part of?

Black Stone Cherry, Alice in Chains, SoundGarden, Foo Fighters, Metallica, Muse World Tour

What are you current thoughts on the music industry?

We are part of music industry in a minimum way, things have changed so much that it is more a mission than a business issue. Now everything revolves around social networks and YouTube. You have to close your eyes and take a big breath before you make the “Jump”.

What is the funniest/weirdest experience you have had on tour?

I can only say “Problems with U.K. Border Police”.

What are your future plans?

Tour in Europe, a new EP and Find peace while the rest of the world seem crazy
