How would you describe your music?

Electro rock n’ roll

Tell us about the history of the band?

I’m a session & touring guitar player based in Los Angeles. I started this solo project in my spare time. I’ve been busy for years playing live shows and recording for artists, at some point I needed to release something on my own.

What are you influences/musical heroes?

I grew up listening to classic rock. My parents are music lovers. I like Hendrix, The Stooges, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Guns n’ Roses, RATM… When I started playing guitar I was more into ‘technical’ players such as SRV or Joe Satriani. As far as electronic music goes, I’m a huge fan of Liam Howlett (The Prodigy).

What inspires you?

I’m originally from France, I moved to LA two years ago. When you’re a young musician living in a place like Hollywood, there’s a lot of funny stuff happening to you. Everyday is a different story. That’s what I’m writting about *laughs*

Do you write on the road? or do you prefer to write in the studio?

I’m recording everything at home. That way I can work on my tracks whenever I feel like. Sometimes I’m writting in the morning before going to a rehearsal, sometimes I’m recording at 3AM when I come back from a gig… It depends on the mood.

What is your favourite song to perform live?

A tune called ‘Wasted days’. It’s a heavy synth-punk track, simple and straightforward.

What would be your dream tour to be part of?

Any tour happening on the East Coast. I’ve never been there.

What is the funniest/weirdest experience you have had on tour?

I injured myself on stage a few years ago. I was only wearing a tank top and my forearm started bleeding heavily. Everybody in the crowd thought it was part of the show. After the gig the people were like ‘Wow, I liked the blood effect and shit…’ That was a great rock n’ roll night *laughs*

What are your future plans?

I’m currently finishing up my first album, it will be out by the end of the year.
